COVID Safety Policies
We want to keep everyone at the ROC safe and healthy. Please follow the below policies and all NYS guidelines.
Entering the ROC:
Please have your mask on and covering both your mouth and nose prior to entering the building. Your mask must stay on the entire time you are in the building. Hand sanitizer is available in the lobby. Your temperature will be taken by a no-touch forehead thermometer. We will ask CDC-recommended screening questions to help limit exposure to COVID-19.
The ROC wants to make sure everyone who walks through our doors stays healthy. If you are sick or have been sick within the past 14 days, please do not enter the building. Call the ROC to reschedule your appointment as a telehealth session.
If you have been ill with non-COVID-related symptoms (for example, a stuffy nose or a stomach bug), please do not enter the building until you have been symptom-free for at least 72 hours.
If you have any questions or concerns, please call the ROC or contact your social worker/care coordinator.
We encourage everyone to practice social distancing whenever possible. Please enter the ROC no more than 5 minutes before your appointment so we can reduce the number of people in the lobby. If you would prefer to wait in your car, call the ROC at 716-240-2220 to let us know that you have arrived.
