Hours: 40 hours per week with some evenings 

Salary: Based on level of experience

Location: East Aurora/southern Erie County, Cattaraugus County 

Type: Full-time

Preferred Education: BSW with some experience. MSW with interest in case management.

Job Description: The ROC’s model of care is designed to help individuals and families work toward self-sufficiency. This person will be responsible for conducting intakes and assessments to determine participant needs. Responsible for connecting participants with community agencies, and government and community resources. This person will also develop and coordinate the ROC’s Social Work Assistant Team and Housing and Job Boards. Timely and thorough documentation and reporting of work is essential. Other duties as assigned.

This person must be familiar with community programs, services and resources in southern Western New York. Must have good communication skills, organizational skills, computer skills and the ability to work as a team player. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple cases. Must be self-directed and able to work independently. Supervision will be provided.

Driver’s license is required; will be reimbursed for mileage.

Candidate Qualifications: A BSW with experience is required for this position. An MSW is considered with interest in case management. May be asked to submit to a background check and substance abuse screening.
