Job Description: The ROC is a growing organization for the rural population. The ROC’s model of care is distinguished to help individuals and families work toward self-sufficiency. Mental health counseling is an important part of this work.

This person will work within the counseling division to offer counseling to adults and children, as assigned. We offer play therapy, general and mental health counseling. 

Good communication and computer skills and ability to work as a team player are a must. Supervision by LCSW-R offered towards advancement in social work licensing provides potential for growth. Reports to director of counseling services. Driver’s license is required. Will be reimbursed for mileage.

Before being hired, the worker may be asked to submit to a background check and substance abuse screening. 

Candidate Qualifications: An MSW and licensure, or licensure-ready will be the minimum educational requirement for this position.
