Vignesh is the Director of Affordable Housing at The Rural Outreach Center, leading efforts to develop and expand affordable housing initiatives. His background is in real estate development, construction management, and financial modeling, focusing on securing funding, identifying growth opportunities, and creating sustainable housing solutions.

Before joining The ROC, he worked as a Property and Investment Manager at Samrudhi Developers, managing real estate portfolios, lease negotiations, and large-scale residential and commercial projects.

Vignesh is passionate about expanding access to quality, affordable housing and driving impactful community development.
