1. NY Connects

Find resources on every topic imaginable at NY Connects, a portal that will connect you with local and state resources that can assist with any number of concerns.  Visit the portal by clicking here.

2. Erie County Department of Senior Services, Wyoming County Office for the Aging, & Cattaraugus County Department of the Aging

Every county has its own department addressing the needs of seniors living within that county.  The departments can often assist with transportation, Medicare questions, caregiver resources, and housing services.

3. Feedmore WNY

Feedmore WNY is a fantastic resource for individuals in need of meal delivery services.  You can apply to receive meal deliveries via their website.  The Feedmore WNY website also has information about food pantries and mobile food pantries in your area.

4. Erie County Frozen Meal Program for Seniors

Erie County has a new program where seniors may pick up frozen meals at their local senior centers.  You may call for yourself or a family member, and you or a family member can pick up the meals.  For more information, click here.  To register, call Senior Services at 716-858-7639

5. Your local senior center

Visit this link to discover senior centers close to you!  Senior centers are a great community resource.  Many will assist with transportation, community lunches, taxes, Medicare questions, and more.  Contact the center closest to you to find out what services they are offering.
