Executive Director Emeritus
Frank Cerny
Dr. Frank Cerny is the Executive Director Emeritus of The Rural Outreach Center. The vision for The ROC comes out of his belief that faith is a verb – it should be seen in every aspect of one’s life. The ROC has grown out of the vision that everyone should be given the best possible chance to be all they were created to be.
Dr. Cerny’s academic, scientific, and spiritual background all contributed to the strong foundation he built for The ROC – a foundation upon which it can continue to serve our rural neighbors through innovation, evidence-based interventions, and true care.
