Executive Director
Frank Cerny
Dr. Frank Cerny is the Executive Director of The Rural Outreach Center. The vision for the ROC comes out of his belief that faith is a verb – it should be seen in every aspect of one’s life. The ROC has grown out of the vision that everyone should be given the best possible chance to be all they were created to be.
Past experiences as an administrator at Children’s Hospital of Buffalo and the University at Buffalo inform much in the role of director of the ROC. Scientific training provides a foundation for The ROC’s data-driven model. A spiritual foundation informs the sense of caring and trust in all at The ROC.
