Nichole is the Program Director at The Rural Outreach Center. She is dedicated to creating programming that helps youth and adults develop agency and confidence in navigating their worlds. Nichole focuses on designing individualized programming that provides opportunities for youth and adults to explore and imagine their future as they develop the skills necessary to dream big and achieve personal goals.
